What WakilKu is
WakilKu is an informational, non-partisan voter guide. It is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Election Commission of Malaysia (SPR), any political party or coalition, or any candidate.
Accuracy
We compile candidate information from public sources and cite them so you can check for yourself. Even so, the information may contain errors, be incomplete, or fall out of date. Treat it as a starting point, not the final word. For anything official, such as your polling details or a candidate's nomination status, rely on the Election Commission and other official sources. Nothing here is legal advice or a recommendation on how to vote.
No endorsement
WakilKu does not endorse any party or candidate. The order in which candidates appear follows a fixed coalition sequence, not a ranking.
Candidates and public figures
Election candidates are public figures, and the profiles here are factual reporting and fair comment drawn from cited public sources. If you are a candidate or represent one and believe something is wrong, use the correction tool on the relevant page. We welcome corrections and will review them, though we cannot promise to act on every request.
Your submissions
When you submit a correction or a link, you confirm you are allowed to share it. We may use, edit, or decline any submission, and we are under no obligation to publish it.
Content and data
Election results, demographics, and other third-party data are used under their own licences, including DOSM (CC BY 4.0), Wikipedia contributors (CC BY-SA 4.0), and ElectionData.MY, as credited in the footer. Candidate names and images remain the property of their respective owners.
External links
The site links to external sources. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of other websites.
No warranty
WakilKu is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site grows. When we do, we will change the date below.
